Pistons Game part 5: The long ride home

Well the Pistons did work as they have been doing as of late without Allen Iverson aka Band-Aid Boy as my mother calls him(LOL). Knowing we got the "W" we leave with about 30 seconds left in the game.

We arrive at the car and begin to discuss the night... full of laughs... On the way out the parking lot we see this dude rocking a NASCAR style VIAGRA jacket...LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL...(quite the race I imagine)and (where do you even get that from...and why would you wear it?...nevermind)hahahahahahaah!

The ride home is smooth, it consists of freestlye sessions (courtesy of J-Dilla and Lupe) with singing provided by Brian Brown... and Flows by us all.

all in all It was a great night...

Pistons Game part 4: The Walk of Shame

So here we are four young,rebellious dudes looking like the we dont know how to follow directions, gathering our stuff up in our hands and walking. We figure we'll come back once the game has started( in about 2 minutes) and we will get new seats when folks are settled.


While walking... we talk about "Don DomyJOB" and make jokes..and I said I should randomly walk up to a girl and take the chick by the hand (walking with her all for the hope of better seats and a fly honey)... the challenge would have been accompished but no money was up... and had I been rejected I would have needed the consoling touch of green paypah! I dont back down from worthy dares (which can be bad and good) but always a good story. So we continue to walk, Brian is anxious to see the game and wants to sit down...he suggests sit in our old seats we say "EEHHHH" try another section... majority wins 3:1 BOY!!!..LOL

So we travel to 211, and sit another place only to be evicted within minutes...and once again we take the walk of shame down the Royal Palace's cement steps (made for tripping incidents) and decide lets go back... wenwalk back to our original seats (2 rows) from the wall,and watch the game there.

Pistons Game part 3.: EVICTION NOTICE

I had agreed if "Cap'n Pants-so-tight-I-must-do-my-job" (the guy whos job was to check tickets and keeps honest seats for honest folk..I guess) came along to kick me out my seat, that I'd shank him! thats right STAB! and leave him there to bleed on the steps of section 212; I even mapped it out! I knew what would happen [people would look at him with disgust and walk over him saying... "such a shame" ... THEN] ...BAM!!!! he comes all up in my personal space I can feel the heat of his eyes (actually his breath) as he held the tickets of section 212 seats 2 and 3 (they were a couple;the woman was gorgeous but such a stickler...ughhk!) so he abrasively studders his line, "LET me see your ticket." (well we(Brian and I) agreed that We'd claim we couldnt find our tickets if quenstioned) well "McPants with a big shirt" gets closer in my face asking where's my ticket. "I dont know I think I dropped it" I motion and exclaim dumbfounded (well the logic here is i got in so i must have one he wont call security b/c clearly i paid...) so he asks us to get up (brian and I) and interrogates more.

In the meantime Sunnie and Reedis are sitting there watching this like "I dont know them fools!!!"... Apparrently Reedis called it before I got caught that I would get caught... and then They dipped on us... Sunnie looked at Reedis and in code spoke the words "Aye yo man I think its time for a refill"...Reedis unaware of the "its time to go code" sat there and questioned Sunnie's thirst (as if he didnt get a XL drink like 10 minutes ago) then Sunnie takes matters into his own hands...and they DIP!!!!!!

Brian and I are being interrogated until I just pull out my ticket and have "Inspector Lamenut" point to my seat with "i've been talking all day; and came to work with stale breath to shoo you away faster" breath...and we dip too...not to our seat but to another location.. so beings the walk...

Pistons Game part 2: So we were sitting...

We arrive; tickets get checked in and we are on our way to our seats like good boys (or citizens). Our tickets say section 212 we find it and we enter... we look and are satisfied because the view is still good. Then we look at the row number and proceed to row 17 which is two rows from the back wall!!!!! In my mind I'm like, "O HECKIE naw!!".. im bouncin' down to row 3 or 4 (where we entered). No one was there and I figured the worst that could happen was I have to come back to row 17 :|

I sit my skinny self down and look back only to see these s****s sitting staring at me with honor and envy saying"oh Pherus we wish we had the courage to do that because we dont like this view either" so I proudly invite them down comforting them by saying, "Its ok boys you can come down and still not be considered a follower... (not!)" lol so they come down and we're all ggood.

We got our coats off and we are ready to see the game that starts... in about 45 minutes.... time flies, we laugh, and some of us get food...Next thing you know people begin to fill the Palace... 10 minutes more go by and there are about 10 minutes till tip-off and the drama begins...

Pistons Game pt. 1: THE RIDE to...

So we go to the Pistons game; Nuggets vs. Pistons! What an eventful evening,lol.

I'm driving so,on the way there we listen to MGMT (no one was feeling it so I cut on Common's UMC), which lasted the other half of the ride. Now on the way there discussions came up about Common, from the spark of controversy himself Sunnie Moon. This dude says that Common isn't that good and that at one point he felt that UMC was bad because of Pharrell but in all actuality it's probably Common! WTF... I try to shrug it off but he keeps it up. Then Reedis says in a toe-to-toe battle Drake might get Common. WTF! I said thats's bull Common is slept on because he's not going hard as he did before "BE" ; the reason being because he is now financially set and can afford to take chances.Therefore any out cold verses come from pre-BE and all previous collabs and albums to that. But recognize, common isn't a punchline rapper. Dude is an honest MC who spits about life in a way that connects with you whether you are from the burbs or the hood; he just has that ability... anyway moving on. We decide we need to listen to verses of each artist to compare. I remind everyone of Common's diss to Ice Cube and make it known that the same would happen to DRAKE if they did in fact have a battle of some sort... so we began listening to verses.

Reedis says this nice line that Drake had "insert here".Next we listen to I take it the coldest verse Reedis could think of at the time from Common (Get em High from college Dropout)..its straight... any way this goes on and we conclude at the moment drake is nice but is in no standing to be in the same league as Common because of experience and the history of Common when he comes hard(no homo)(see tracks: Sixth sense;hungry and chi-city for great examples)! Drake did bring it and continues to bring it and he is nice.

will be going to the nuggets vs.pistons game.. Im excited even though melo got suspended for this game it just so happens..lol it will still be fun.

So i hope you boys been reading this blog because its gonna be Oracular Spectacular the whole way boys!!!!
